Guide to Copyrighted Content Use

The copyright and publication rights regarding all information and content including news, pdfs, and images provided by the Company via the internet, belongs to SungJoo Group, SungJoo Merchandising, SungJoo Foundation and related companies and receives the protection of copyright law.
Users of this service shall therefore comply with the provisions below.

-The Company’s content may not be distorted, remade, or falsified without the Company’s permission, and the Company shall not be responsible for any pertaining problems arising from such.
Any copying, reprinting, distributing, transferring, publishing, exhibiting, redistributing, selling or manufacturing, or use of such content via information services such as the internet, mobile networks or in databases is prohibited.
Particularly, when an individual, corporation, agency or institution develops a personal database on an intranet or website without the Company’s permission or conducts an information service pertaining to this, they are in violation of Copyright Law even where the purpose may be non-profit.

-The Company information and content shall not be used for information service for profit or non-profit purposes and shall not be resold without the Company’s express permission.
Where using Company content in an article, or with permission, the Company copyright source must appear in the resulting product.

-Use without permission can occur in certain cases, including personal references, for educational purposes, or use for non-profit purposes.
In such cases, the source must be indicated as “the Company.” However, when the copyright owner is not the Company, the source of the copyright must be clearly stated after referring to the copyright owner displayed when the information is provided.

-The Company collects the minimum personal information necessary to provide service for clients wishing to use Company’s website contents, http://kimsungjoo.com, for purposes such as on the websites or intranet of such organizations as agencies or other corporations.
